Conferize IPO’ed on First North stock exchange. As the first Danish startup of its type to turn to the the stock exchange while still early stage, Conferize just paved the way for other startups to use an IPO as a means to raise funding for growth. Conferize is a 6 year old company with considerable traction but still in the early growth stages. The market received the company with open arms, with a 40+% share increase already on listing day. Founder Martin Ferro Thomsen is a well known Danish Entrepreneur and previously founded Issuu. Conferize has been a resident of Startup Village through most of their growth journey, and a member of Founders House. We would like to applaud them for taking this path, paving way for others to follow after them. True leadership and entrepreneurial courage!

Startup Village is an open area for high growth tech startups. Members include Vivino, Churchdesk, Ontame and 45 other great companies. It is administered by Founders House, Copenhagen’s leading coworking space for tech startups.
